Lorenzen earthenware mushroom of Lantz Nova Scotia

Lorenzen earthenware of Lantz Nova Scotia Mushrooms. A trio of mushrooms sitting on a forest bed highlights the creativity and artwork of artists Ernst and Alma Lorenzen. They created many things from 1949 till the time of their lives in the late 90s. Their designs took off and have remained popular. This piece sits 2 1/4” high at the tallest mushroom. The width is approximately 2 1/2”. The colors are amazing and the glaze is bright and in wonderful condition. As you can see on the bottom there are a couple of areas that have marks most likely where the firing took place. The pieces marked on the bottom with the scientific name “Cortinarine Traganus”
